Our History

2001: Curt and Teddy Wagner founded the company in Spartanburg, SC. First job completed was the installation of foam on the subfloor in the neighborhood of Hampton Heights in Spartanburg.
2002: Cowpens Battlefield Movie theater – Dome.
2005: FIC installed spray foam at the Indoor Florence Flea Market to keep vendors and consumers cool.
2006: FIC installed at the Sottile Theatre for College of Charleston.
2007: Beaufort Town Hall – Hill Construction, Elgin Fire Station.
2008: FIC installed spray foam insulation in the Salvation Army Building in Asheville, NC.
2009: 1000th project completed.
2010: Parris Island Barracks – At this time, FIC was the largest installer of CertainTeed spray foam in the Southeast with this project. FIC also installed spray foam in the Greenville Spartanburg Airport Control Tower.

2013: Able to obtain Top Secret Clearances in order to install spray foam for the US Government for certain projects.
2014: Installed spray foam at the TASC Warehouse at Ft Jackson.
2015: Assisted St Paul Lutheran Church in Pomaria by installing spray foam in their burned sanctuary to help get them back on their feet.
2016: 2500th project completed. Installed spray foam in the roof and walls at White Oak Manor @ North Grove in Spartanburg, SC.
2017: Installed insulation at Neville Hall, PC College, inside the Dome of the building.
2019: Installed Hot Water Tanks for Thomas Concrete around the Upstate, SC.
2020: Installed spray foam at a plasma storage facility in Hendersonville, NC.

2021: Installed spray foam at WOLO TV active studio environment in Columbia, SC, WCCBtv.com.
2022: Installed spray foam at the Strom Thurmond Federal Courthouse in Columbia, SC.
2023: Mulberry Farms project (not complete yet).
2024: Present day – Pushing to keep growth going! Just passed the 5000th project.
